- Confidence using Claude Code on your real work.
- One of your actual problems solved in the session, so you leave with a working example.
- CRIT, the method for briefing it so the answers come back useful, so you can solve the next problem on your own.
- Written docs you keep, and 30 days of answers on Slack within a working day.
How it runs
- Before session 1: you install the app and Claude Code and create your own mineral. The docs walk you through it, I'm on Slack if you get stuck, and worst case session 1 finishes it.
- Session 1 (60 min, screen shared): how to actually use Claude Code and the Crads-AI app.
- Homework, about an hour: the onboarding interview. It writes the first version of the brain from your answers.
- Session 2 (30 min, at least a day later): we read what it learned, fix the gaps, go through the CRIT prompting method, and solve one real problem of yours with it.
By the end you can solve your own business problems with Claude.

- Your email, calendar and Slack or WhatsApp connected, on limits you choose (drafts only and never sends, if that's what you want).
- Your first skills, built around the jobs you repeat every week: proposals, decks, follow-ups, notes.
- A morning brief that reads your day and tells you what matters, and work that runs on a schedule while you get on with yours (server setup).
- Written docs you keep, and 30 days of answers on Slack within a working day.
How it runs
- Session 1 (60 min, screen shared): the same first hour as the walkthrough, plus we decide where it lives: a small server or your own computer.
- Homework, about an hour: the onboarding interview. It writes the first version of the brain from your answers.
- Session 2 (120 min, at least a day later): I connect your email, calendar and Slack or WhatsApp, build your first skills around the work you actually do, and if it lives on a server, switch on a morning brief and your first scheduled job.
By the end your business has an assistant that runs without you.

AI problem-solving roadmap

- The problem, as you described it.
- What's actually causing it.
- Two or three ways to solve it, each with a rough cost.
- Which one I'd pick, and why.
How it runs
- The call (30 min, video): you walk me through the problem as it shows up in your week, and I ask questions. With your OK, I record the call with an AI note-taker so the report reflects what you said.
- The report, within 3 business days: the four points above, in writing.
- The second call (30 min, video): we go through the report together. The link to book it comes with the report.
- Then you choose: leave it there, take the report and work on it yourselves, have me solve it for you (in your own accounts, handed over, priced separately and quoted in your roadmap), or build your AI foundation together with a walkthrough or guided setup, where I teach you to solve problems like this more generally.

What clients use it for: turning a script into a shot list, building client decks, clearing a nearly full drive, and a morning brief that checks the calendar against the to-do list, with nudges through the day.
Where it lives is your call. On a small server (about A$10 a month, runs while you sleep, talks to you on Telegram) or on your own computer (free, no schedules, only awake when you are). Same price either way. Not included: the server bill, paid to your hosting provider, and your Claude subscription. Setup sessions are not recorded.
After 30 days it's yours. You're welcome to invite me back into the chat whenever you like, at A$233 an hour: email me with what you are stuck on. Nothing recurring, nothing you have to cancel.
