The report, within 3 business days: the problem as you described it, what's actually causing it, two or three ways to solve it with a rough cost for each, and which one I'd pick.
Then it's your call. Set it up yourself with a walkthrough or a guided setup, or have me build it for you, in your own accounts and handed over to you, priced separately and quoted in your roadmap.
